6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoSavez and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
